About Leah

Leah is an Senior Associate admitted as a legal practitioner in February 2017. Since her admission, Leah has specialised in public liability and CTP matters across multiple jurisdictions. Leah manages and resolves claims for a variety of insurers. She has a particular specialty and interest in acting for occupiers, strata owners corporations and a major shopping centre.

Leah advises on all issues including liability, indemnity, quantum and resolution strategies. She is particularly adept at managing large loss CTP matters including drafting CARS and MAS Submissions.

Leah completed a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Communication (majoring in Journalism) at UTS.

Prior to her admission, she worked as a paralegal for 6 years in Defendant firms including a large London firm.
