About Erica

Erica is an Associate admitted as a legal practitioner in March 2017.

Erica completed her double Bachelors of Arts in Foreign Languages (Spanish) and Pre-Law/Criminal Justice from Radford University in Virginia, USA.  After relocating to Australia, Erica studied Law via the University of Sydney’s Legal Profession Admission Board program.

Since her admission as a solicitor in March 2017, Erica has appeared for insurers in across multiple jurisdictions, including CARS, District Court, Supreme Court and NSW Court of Appeal.

Erica has in-depth experience in the conduct of a wide range of insurance matters with a particular emphasis on CTP, Section 151Z recovery and public liability.

She has a passion for litigation and advocacy and is results driven and goal focussed.

Erica is the editor of the firm’s internal newsletter, The Buzz.
