About Francine

Francine is an Associate admitted as a solicitor in September 2017. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wollongong.

Francine specialises in civil litigation, in both personal injury and property damage recovery matters across multiple jurisdictions in Australia, for a variety of insurers, and some individual clients.

She also conducts  a range of litigation  representing Owners Corporations in respect of claims regarding alleged breaches under the Strata Schemes Management Act brought in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Francine is the chief editor of our firm’s Insurance Law Reader, an interesting and educational publication shared with our clients about all things insurance including news, our recent interesting matters, and updates on recent awards of damages.
